The villa and the views over the golf course were lovely. We found the area peaceful but really convenient for shops and restaurants. There is a Publix close by which is really handy. We found the villa well equipped and the pool heating made the pool temperature fantastic, no sharp intake of breath when entering! We hired a barbecue in too which the owner arranged so that was very convenient also. The beds were really comfortable and the more modern decor was a refreshing change also. The deck was pretty sunny all day but the covered area was also large enough to stay sitting outside for any passing shower of rain. We would recommend this villa and the owner as their communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

Went to Orlando in early September and booked a lovely 4 bed home with pool just off the US27. Great location easy access to the ever updating I4 which gives amazing access to all parks. The villa was lovely and clean the pool was great. Communication was amazing and was really easy booking.

If you are looking for a villa in the Orlando area, go no further than Sungrove Villas. We rented a 5 bedroom villa with pool in the Davenport area in late August. We booked the villa 9 months in advance and the initial contact with Nick at Sungrove was very supportive. This continued in the leadup to our holiday, when Nick answered all emails promptly and was very friendly, making great suggestions where possible. Just prior to our departure from the UK Nick ensured we had all access arrangements sorted and that there were no worries or questions outstanding. Nick also responded to a minor issue during our stay and checked in to make sure all was good. All in all a great rental experience. When I return to Orlando we will definitely touch base with Sungrove Villas first in any new search for accommodation. All-in-all, a great rental experience.

My friends and I had an amazing week getaway at this lovely home in Davenport. This was my second time staying in Davenport and it's slowly becoming one of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. The house is exactly as pictured and it provided us with all of the comforts we needed for our stay. The pool and game room were our specific highlights and we had more than enough room to fit all of us comfortably. The home provides you with every cooking utensil and apparatus necessary if you plan on cooking, however for health reasons they don't keep or provide spices and cooking items so plan accordingly to meet your desired needs. Outside of a few bugs in the pool (which you can't run from in Florida), the house was more than excellent and we would love to go back if time allows us. Highly recommend this space for anyone who's looking for a quiet getaway that's an arms length distance away from all the fun Orlando and the other nearby cities can provide.

Fully recommend Sungrove Villas - impeccable service from initial contact through to the rental period. We have stayed in villas previously which felt like a let down, bare, lifeless - 640SC did not disappoint. Exactly as the photos show. This felt like our home for 3 weeks with tasteful decoration. Good distance from the Disney parks as well as supermarkets and restaurants. We would definitely rent this villa again and will be telling all friends and family about Sungrove Villas.

This was our second time staying with Sungrove Villas, although we chose a different villa this time, and we had another fantastic experience. The villa was in a perfect location, with plenty of amenities nearby. Publix supermarket and restaurants such as Miller’s, Ford’s Garage and Olive Garden, which is a personal favourite, were all within roughly a two to five-minute drive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and incredibly quiet. We hardly saw anyone else throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, spacious and very well equipped, with plenty of plates, cups and everything else you would expect to find in a home. There were four of us staying, but the villa could comfortably accommodate a family or group of ten. It had three bedrooms with double beds or larger, plus another two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The pool was also a very good size and gave us plenty of space to enjoy. The games room was a great extra, with a pool table, air hockey and an Xbox. We did not use the Xbox, but my daughter and I enjoyed playing pool and air hockey together. The location was also great for visiting the parks. Disney was roughly 20 minutes away, while Universal and SeaWorld took around 40 minutes, depending on traffic. I have dealt with both Nick and Samantha, and they have always been incredibly helpful. Whenever I emailed with a question, they replied almost immediately. I would happily recommend Sungrove Villas to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable and well-located villa in Orlando. After two great stays, I would definitely book with them again.

Just back from a wonderful stay! The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel at home. Pool area was fab, loads of space around the pool with plenty of loungers and chairs to choose from. We were sad to leave when our holiday was over and would love to book again the next time we visit Orlando. Thanks to Nick for hosting!

We recently stayed at Watersong resort Villa 639WS, I can only say what an amazing villa. It literally had everything you could ever need. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Our whole family had an amazing stay.

We have just returned from an amazing family holiday at Villa 654WS in Watersong Resort and could not be happier with our experience. The villa was exactly as described by Nick at Sungrove Villas, with everything presented to a very high standard. The property was spotless, well maintained, and provided plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool was excellent and quickly became one of our favourite places to unwind, while the cinema room was a huge hit with the family after busy days spent visiting the parks and attractions. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together in the evenings. From the booking process through to our stay, Nick and the team were fantastic to deal with. Communication was clear, professional, and everything was exactly as promised.

Booked villa ref 650SC which is on Solana just off us 27 Was a little apprehensive as booked with a different company in October last year and photos nothing like the villa spoke to Nick with my concerns and was told pics exactly like the villa Opened the front door when we got there and wow the first thing you see is the wooden floor and metal staircase Checked every room and was spotless A nice touch was pool towels in a basket near the pool door and more if needed in the drawer at the bottom of the washing machine Kitchen cupboards full of crockery both for adults and plastic ones for kids and for use nr pool area The villa not overlooked at the rear which is a huge plus for us Night lights in plug sockets was a great touch Tying to think of something negative to add but honestly can’t think of anything Would I use the company again to book Yes definitely In fact I’m looking now for 2028 sooner if I can twist husbands arm.

Booked a Villa with Sungrove for 2 weeks for our recent trip to Orlando. I would highly recommend this company I dealt with Samantha who was great, the whole process was straight forward and simple no issues at all. Communication was great, arrival instructions made the process of getting into the villa really easy. The Villa itself was immaculate more like a home than a holiday let. so well equipped. I would definitely recommend book with Sungrove if I come back to Orlando.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Davenport and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax after busy days at the parks, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What really set this property apart was the outstanding service we received. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the management team, who were responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Dawn, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Her excellent communication and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Florida.

Just home from a 2 week holiday, staying in a lovely this 5bed villa in Davenport. Very spacious bedrooms and large outside area, both around the pool and a covered seating area. Area is ideal for getting to theme parks and nearby places like Celebration, Disney Springs etc. Admin staff have been particularly helpful, very prompt replies to any emails we sent throughout the booking process.

We have had another fabulous holiday in Florida. This is the second time we have booked an Orlando Villa through Sungrove Villas and we are very impressed with their support. The villa at Calabay Parc was in an ideal location, with easy access and convenient to local supermarkets. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, light and airy. The pool area was just lovely, very quiet and private with one of the cleanest pools we have seen. It was great to relax in the sunshine and make good use of the heated pool and spa. We can certainly recommend this villa from Sungrove Villas.

We have just returned from a 16 night break at this lovely villa on Calabay Parc. Originally booked it directly with Sam at Sungrove Villas in 2025 but unfortunately we had to delay the trip by 12 months. Sam was so helpful and amazing right from the very start and was able to negotiate the booking being moved forward for us to July 2026. The villa is in a perfect location within easy reach of all the great attractions Orlando has to offer. We were a group of 6 and found the villa to be very clean and spacious - each bedroom has its own en-suite which is a real plus. The pool area is perfect - we wish we’d had more time to enjoy it! There were a couple of small minor issues whilst there but Sam was quick to resolve them for us with the management team. Highly recommend Sungrove Villas and would not hesitate to book with them again - thank you so much Sam!

The villa was great , everything we needed as a large family group. We also had an issue with one of the toilets and the management company where out the same day to fix it. Would definitely use Sungrove Villas again and will recommend to family and friends!

Villa 1291YC We had a great stay at this villa. The villa is beautiful lots of space for a large group to share. The extra lounge upstairs was lovely and a real bonus. The villa has everything you would need for a family holiday including pool and jacuzzi for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Lovely quiet location in a gated community.

Had the best time ever at this amazing villa, We have stayed in many villas over the years in Orlando most that have been suitable, this however was modern fresh and immaculate. We are a family of 5 adults and all had our own space when needed. Being close to the parks and attractions was great, lovely to get back after the parks and have the luxury of the pool. The games room was great to chill out after a long day. Mornings are a joy to sit out and look over the golf course and plan your day. So if you like a close location to parks, an immaculate property and amazing views you wont go wrong with this villa. Highly recommend this property.

Had a lovely time at this villa. Tuscan Ridge is so quiet it’s hard to believe that you are only minutes away from the main highway and attractions. Supermarkets are also very close which is very handy. Nick from Sungrove Villas provides all the information you need well in advance and is always very quick to get back to you should you need to ask him anything at all. On entering the villa it was so welcoming, well maintained and clean just as described. It was well equipped should you want to cook. There are plenty of towels etc also, We have been to Tuscan Ridge a number of times and this is the best yet for us! Book it you won’t be disappointed. Again thank you Nick for your excellent service as always.

Just got home from a 2 week stay with my family in a Villa on Legacy Park.
We all thoroughly enjoyed every minute; the villa was spotlessly clean and very close to all the attractions.

Overall our experience was great. Ac stopped working but they fixed it same day. Beds are comfy. Lots of room. We paid extra for the heated pool which made it great for night swims. Communication was great. Highly recommend this house. Kitchen was well stocked.

Excellent experience from initial contact with Nick, through booking (Nick promptly answered my questions) to arrival at the Villa. Access upon arrival at the Villa was a breeze, and the Villa was perfect and of excellent quality, exactly as described and per the photos. Set in a quiet neighbourhood with gated entry (always a security guard at the gate). Rooms were spacious, well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool, although being late April I would advise having the pool heating. Also loved the games room, although the pool table could do with being levelled up. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

This was our second time staying at villa 418OD. This house will not disappoint. It is very comfortable and well taken care of. It was well equipped with everything you would need including many extras like pool toys and floaties. Nick was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We would recommend this house to family and friends, and will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area.

Villa '418OD' was perfect for our wedding base. Looked exactly like the photos; spacious but cosy, very clean and had everything we needed and more. We even arrived at the villa to flowers, champagne and a beautiful card welcoming us for our Orlando wedding. Communication was amazing and easy. Would highly recommend.

The Calabay Parc house was a great vacation for our family. The communication process from you was timely and correct. The house itself was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The location is good for Orlando activities as well as Lakeland. The key feature for us was the pool deck. It is spacious for the area and the pool was 88* everyday. 4.5/5 stars. Thanks again.

Enjoyed having our own private pool, but also had access to great club house with a pool, putt putt golf and pool table.

Our stay was fantastic!!! The place was so enjoyable by our family, each of the adults had their own king room with their own bathroom and the kids each had their bedrooms, which was perfect for the 10 of us. The pool/hot tub were excellent and everyone had an amazing time in both. The covered pool deck was so nice and we enjoyed many meals together outside and playing games in the evenings. The kitchen was absolutely great. It had all the dishes, pans, and utensils needed for all our meals. (Could use another 9x13 casserole dish), but we used a pie plate ) . This home was beautiful and we loved our time together. My questions and communication with Nick, we answered immediately which meant a lot and was very helpful and very much appreciated. Definitely will be looking forward to returning in 2027.

Nick the host was great - I really appreciate him checking in with us on the first day to make sure we didn't have any issues. The house is beautiful, pool and hot tub were great and no issues at all with the pool heat (which can be a common issue with other rentals).The beds and the pots and pans are the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star rental. The master bed was comfortable, but the other king and queen were not. The pots and pans seemed on the low end and some were missing lids which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, had a great time at this house and would recommend others to book this house as well.

We loved our villa. It was our fifth time visiting Orlando and this was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Fantastic location, lovely pool and the games room was great fun! Also, always great customer service and Sam was a massive help when our daughter ended up in hospital and we needed to extend our trip! Will definitely be re booking!

We spent 9 nights here and had a great experience. The home was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for holiday cooking. The Christmas decorations were an amazing addition, as well. The pool, hot tub, and screened enclosure were clean and in perfect condition, which kept bugs out of the pool area and out of the pool itself. No need to take a net to the pool every morning! We will definitely check availability in the future when staying in the area.

This was by far our best Orlando rental to date. The pool was spacious enough for the kids to play and be silly, and the hot tub was a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Arrived at the villa and it was more than we expected, noticed a few issues and contacted Jana, who answered quickly and sorted out issues the best they could. The villa was stunning I think they could add more up to date pictures to sell it even more! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked this home at the last minute the booking process with Nick was very smooth and he was in touch making sure all was well throughout our stay. The home was very clean, well equipped with towels and kitchen equipment should you want to cook ,spacious and comfortable. Access was very convenient with keypad . The Westhaven area is well maintained and Supermarkets & restaurants are very close by, as is the main highway for attractions/ coastal days etc. You also have use of the community centre which has a gym, tennis courts, large pool and sitting areas. We had an amazing stay at Sun Grove Villas. Samantha was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to answer any questions we had. From the start, the planning process was seamless with excellent communication throughout.

My family stayed in this villa and found it a large clean property with all the amenities you'd need for a great stay. Loads of different relaxing areas with their own smart tv's and a great games room with full sized pool table, air hockey and Xbox. It has a south facing pool which we had heated (Oct) for the colder mornings and evenings. The property is located in a quiet gated community close to the 14 and us27 so getting around was easy but could be busy at rush hour times. Nick was in contact throughout our stay to check all was well which we thought was a good thing and really reassuring that help was always there if needed.

We stayed here and had an amazing time — it truly felt like a home away from home. The outside space was everything we wanted and this villa really made our holiday. Nick was fantastic and even checked in to make sure everything was okay. We can’t wait to return!!

Our family of three had such a wonderful stay here! The house was beautifully laid out and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool area was just perfect — plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine, and the pool heat made it so nice for an early morning swim or to soak our tired feet after long days out. Communication with Nick was fantastic, and the management company was great too. There was a small issue with one of the AC vents that we didn’t even think to mention, but they noticed it themselves and had it fixed right away — that really impressed us!There were a couple of minor cleaning things, but nothing that took away from our experience. The neighborhood is one we always try to stay in — so quiet, relaxing, and friendly. We absolutely recommend this villa and would love to come back again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa, which is spotlessly clean and maintained to an extremely high standard. It is very well equipped. The villa is in a nice quiet estate, in a convenient, easy to find location. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool and spa which was fab. The management team are brilliant. A couple of minor issues were quickly sorted out. We reported the tv in the lounge wasn’t working, within hours they delivered a brand new tv and set it up for us. They really provided an outstanding service. We have visited Florida more than 30 times, and this is by far the nicest villa we have rented.

This was my ninth trip to Florida, and until now I’ve always booked flights and villas as a package through a travel agent. This was the first time I decided to arrange everything separately, and I can honestly say the villa was one of the best I’ve stayed in over all my previous visits. The villa, located in the gated community of Solana, was immaculate from the moment we walked in. Spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and fully equipped plenty of cutlery, kitchenware, and all the essentials. There was nothing I could fault. The location was perfect for the theme parks – around 30 minutes to Disney and 40–50 minutes to Universal and SeaWorld. Access to both the I-4 and the 192 meant there were always alternative routes to avoid traffic. A large supermarket was only about a 5-minute drive away. Facilities were excellent. There was Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVs in every room, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and plenty of towels for all bathrooms. Outside, the pool area had lots of seating and sunbeds, plus a jacuzzi. You can pay to heat the pool, but in August it wasn’t needed. The community itself felt very safe and peaceful. I went for runs most mornings around the estate, which is just over 1km all the way around, and saw very few cars moving about. There’s also a clubhouse with a bar, community pool, and gym for those who want them, although we didn’t use them as the villa’s private pool was more than enough. Check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions from Nick, and he even checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure everything was fine. Parking was straightforward, with space for up to four cars (two comfortably on the drive). I would 100% stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Nick and Sungrove Villas in the future. The property is perfect for two couples and six children.

We had the most incredible stay – truly the best villa we’ve ever stayed in! The décor was tasteful and welcoming, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We loved that pool towels and so many other little extras were provided, making our stay even more comfortable. Communication with our host, Nick, was an 11 out of 10 – nothing was too much trouble. When we had a small issue with a leak, it was resolved straight away with efficiency and kindness. Those little touches really mean so much and made us feel completely looked after. The location was absolutely perfect – close to the community amenities and the parks, yet in a peaceful, gated area where we felt very safe. The villa was everything promised and more—spacious, modern, immaculate, and equipped with all the comforts of home. My daughters were absolutely thrilled with the generous pool and the bonus of a PS5. We had the pleasure of staying here the week of the 4th of July, and it was a wonderful experience! Nick was very communicative and inviting from start to finish. The 4-bedroom home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our entire family.The kids absolutely loved the game room, and we also enjoyed the nearby community center. The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained. Having access to the private pool was a huge bonus—perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together.We truly appreciated Nick checking in with us at both the beginning and end of our stay—it made us feel welcomed and cared for. This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was 7 of us and we had ample space for lounging around. Nick was quick to respond with any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. Felt really homely. Pool area is not overlooked and felt peaceful. The Solana Estate has a lovely feel to it. Close to 192, I 4, Champions Gate, so a great location. Overall, everything about the villa and location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again ?? %. Nick and Sam always go out of their way to ensure their guests have a great holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about their customers.

Family of six we just returned from a three week stay very nice Villa and facilities asked for a few more deck chairs for the pool area that were supplied quickly, would recommend and stay again. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and prompt at responding.

We enjoyed our stay. The description of the property was accurate. The house pool was lovely. We also took advantage of the clubhouse pool, and mini golf Great spot for family time. Wish they had a TV in the second sitting room. The ability to rent a gas grill is a real perk!

I would highly recommend this villa for a large party . We stayed as a family of 4 and grandparents . Having a king size room with en-suite each was a must for us as the youngest is 16. It gave us privacy whilst all being under one roof . This really was a home from home . Lovely and clean , well maintained and had everything we needed. There is a publix supermarket around 10 min away as well as some takeaway fast food outlets . Our stay in Orlando was outlet for Disney world . It is a good 30min drive each way on a good day . Whilst this was kirna problem for us it may have been if our children were younger. Orlando shopping outlet was around 45 min drive. There was an issue with the WiFi during our stay . The management company fixed this promptly . We had good communication with the owners who replied to any messages quickly . The gates community was clean , quiet and well laid out . My son enjoyed the gym facilities . The gate staff were friendly. The weather was hot in July so the air conditioning was a relief after a long day at the parks . Upstairs is a lot warmer but there are ceiling fans . I would stay here again , many thanks for a lovely stay

We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was as expected with no issues. The place is very well fitted throughout. It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, well equipped home. We Spent 3 weeks here and did not want to leave. We enjoyed the games room and the lovely pool. The club house was really nice to with a warm pool. We only spent a couple of visits here. Nick , Caroline and colleagues were very attentive and caring. We had an issue with the microwave which was dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a trip of a lifetime to Florida, we had seen photos of the villa on the website but it was even more stunning in real life! When we arrived we felt extremely lucky to have found such a fabulous villa. It was designed to a very high standard and all the extras made it even more perfect! It also felt like home. There is everything you could possibly need. Towels, pool towels, ponchos, fans for the park, George Foreman, batteries, inflatables for the pool. Nick at Sungrove Villa’s was very responsive to emails (even at weekends). We asked for the pool to be heated and it was on within the hour! Nick Barlow is fantastic and no question I asked was silly and I asked many! I will definitely recommend Sungrove Villas to everyone I know and will be using them again in the future!

The location was great and close to everything. The kids loved the ping pong table & the pool was amazing. Overall we had a great vacation!

We have just returned from our honeymoon in Orlando, the villa was beautiful, very spacious and well equipped. It is in an ideal location as we were only 20 minutes from the Disney parks and 30 minutes from Universal parks. We loved the pool and that with the fences/hedges around the pool area it feels private from neighbours. Nick was brilliant throughout the whole process, booking was very easy, he checked in with us when we had arrived and again when we got home to make sure everything was ok. We had a brilliant stay and definitely recommend Sungrove Villas.

The property is located in an excellent area , close to all amenities. The house was equipped with everything you could need and more. The pool was very clean and maintained regularly. Communications with Nick was easy and with quick response. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a family holiday.

Nick was excellent and quick to respond when confirming access to the villa. Dropped a message to ask if we got there ok and made sure everything was ok. The villa is in a gated community with sun on the pool all afternoon. The standard of the villa was excellent! 30 min drive to Disney and key shops close by.

Gorgeous modern villa. We were visiting Universal which ranged from 30 - 60 mins travel time depending on traffic (lots of roadworks on route at the moment). Disney is very close though. Spotlessly clean, fab pool with outside furniture, comfy beds and excellent games room. Highly recommend this property and Nick was great to communicate with. We visited end of March 2025.

My family and and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Very clean and very well equipped would recommend to family and friends. Access very simple and communication with agent responded very quickly with any queries.

We had a great stay at this holiday rental near Orlando! The location is super convenient—close to food stores, restaurants, and with easy access to the motorway, which made getting around really simple. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made it a perfect home base for our trip. The only downside was that we didn’t have direct control over the air conditioning. At night, we wanted to turn it off but had to contact the rental company to request changes. Since their office hours were limited, it was a bit inconvenient. That said, everything else was smooth, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend this place for families or anyone visiting the area!

Villa is ideally situated off the US27 in a well established and well maintained estate. Villa has everything you need for a family stay. Massive pool deck and large pool with SPA with full sun from first thing till about 4pm) Rooms are all a good size and the main areas of the house are huge (so is the TV!).Plenty eating places round about and Champions Gate about 5 minutes in the car. Disney about 15 minutes and Universal about 30 minutes (interstate 4 traffic permitting!)

Our favorite part was THE POOL! Temperature was fantastic (we did pay for the pool to be heated, which I recommend this time of year). Having a large kitchen was wonderful for food preparation, and the area around the house is very quiet!

We had an excellent stay at the villa. The house is very comfortable and well taken care of. It was well equipped with everything you would need including many extras like pool toys and floaties. Nick was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. This beautiful home is exactly what we were looking for. From the secure safe feeling of the gated community to the flawless check in process. The neighborhood was pleasant for daily walks. The amenities of the club house is a bonus-great finger food and refreshing drinks. The communication has been amazing and we really felt the personal connection. We look forward to staying again!

Lovely property. Very clean. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, etc. Nice game room and washer and dryer. Pool area was perfect. The only downside, if there is one, the neighbors (also vacationing) were loud. Our bedroom was at the back of the house and we could hear the neighbors like they were right outside our windows. Nick and property manager were very responsive. We would stay again.

Home was clean and comfortable! Pool was fun once it warmed up after the heat came on! Upstairs was quite warm at night and were unable to adjust temperature to cool it off. Overall, a great home for a multigenerational family vacation!

We have rented homes in Florida for a few years now and this one is one of the best. We have 4 couples and each were able to have a king bedroom with ensuite. The location is good and the pool/hot were nice to come back to after a day of golf. Thanks Nick

Three sisters & spouses came from Indiana to enjoy Florida sunshine for a month! This home did not disappoint! Two other sisters from South Carolina & one from Oregon came for a few days! The house was very spacious and accommodating! The pool was wonderful all month! Nick was very quick to respond when needed! We would definitely recommend this home to others!

The apartment was very suitable for our family (three adults and four children). The only thing what we need was more dishes. Location was nice and neighborhood was so quiet. Everything was fine with house and host. The description about house was truthful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the house's spacious, well-maintained interior and outdoor areas. I was looking for a home for me and my family to spend the holidays in Orlando. We found this beautiful home in the Dales. The direction to the house was easy to follow. The keyless entry access was great. We felt safe in the gated community and there is alarm on the house. It’s within 20-30 minutes drive away from the parks and Idrive and the shopping areas. It’s a very big and spacious home for a big family with pool and game room. We would surely be staying here again. The host is also great. He checked in to make sure everything was good. I stayed 12 days in this house and it was awesome.

I really enjoyed this home. It had all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable. We didn’t get to stay in the actual house as much as I would have liked since we did 5 parks in 5 days but when we were there it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the distance to Disney parks were about 20 mins and Universal 30 mins (depending on traffic). I also enjoyed coming home and using the pool table with my teenagers in the garage. It was good for family bonding. Nick was attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay.

We stayed in this villa in November.. it was perfect the size of it. Pool was brilliant and the space the villa had was perfect there was only 3 of us but even with 10 people in there you would still have loads of room.. Everything we needed was there and sending emails back and forward was great and a fast response.. would stay here again on our next visit..

The property was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. Well equipped and well positioned for the parks ( 30 mins from most) There was a slight problem with the pool netting ( 2 weeks after the hurricane) which on the grand scale of things was very minor. I noticed hundreds of property’s with similar or worse problems. Having raised it with the company it was fixed by the second week. A massive well done in the circumstances. We stayed in this property for 17 nights in October 2024. We had stayed in this development previously, loved the area, and wanted to try a new villa. We booked this beautiful property through Sungrove Villas. The communication before, during and after our stay was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and every email was replied to very quickly and positively. We were here during Hurricane Milton and got good advice and reassurance during this stressful time. Thankfully the hurricane had little real impact on our area. The villa itself is lovely, with plenty of supplies for a large family. We loved it here. Pool is cleaned weekly, neighbours very nice and location excellent. We have holidayed in Orlando 13 times in total and this was the nicest villa and booking experience so far. Many thanks to Nick and his team at Sungrove for their support and professionalism.

This villa blew us away, we were so shocked at the space. The pictures are great but nothing like once your there. The bedrooms had everything we needed for our family, beds were super comfy and none of us had any problems sleeping. I honestly cannot fault this villa, the neighbourhood was quiet. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and were in it every chance they had. I would 100% recommend this villa to family and friends, we were gutted to leave and hope to stay there again in the future.

This is a lovely vacation rental with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor. The swimming pool which is 6 feet deep at one end, is a great feature of this property. It's clean and well maintained. Two of my grandchildren (ages 7 and 4) learned to swim in that pool during our vacation. They will never forget where this milestone was reached. The basics are provided to get you started (trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, one toilet roll in each bathroom, and laundry detergent). But you will need to make a run to a store to replenish this supply. There are many stores nearby to choose from. This rental has plenty of towels for the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Nick was quick to respond from the very beginning when I was searching for a rental, and he checked on us via email to see if everything was in good working order after we arrived. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again if we ever plan another trip to Central Florida.

We are on our last day in this villa. On arrival, everything was spotless, the villa very well equipped, modern and beautiful. I’ve been renting Orlando villas for over 25 years and this stay is probably the best ever. When we come back next year I will check if this villa is available first and would recommend to anybody. We had the pleasure of staying in this villa for our almost 3 week holiday in Orlando. It was a great location and a very nice villa inside. The villa was easy to find and gain access to with all the info sent beforehand. It was clean and tidy for our arrival and had a good selection of facilities. It was a good layout and modern facilities, the area was nice and quiet and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Travelling to the Disney parks would typically take us 15-30mins with Universal & Seaworld a little bit more.

Nick was brilliant and always on hand for any questions or help we needed. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel last minute, but my family went and my wife was really impressed with how clean the villa was on arrival.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and cozy all at the same time. Location is perfect Walmart, Target ,Publix, and winky Dixie with many other stores all off RT 27. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Our stay in Florida this year was split between two villas, (our choice) this being the first and whilst we have stayed in Solana previously this is by far one of the best villas we have used. Extremely well laid out and maintained, this villa is a credit to the owners, spotlessly clean, very tidy, this property literally has everything you need to have a great holiday and with Solana being a gated community & having the clubhouse it covers all the bases. We will certainly be booking a further stay. We have been coming to Florida for some time and generally use the airline "Premium Villas", if you take nothing else from this review do yourself a favour and avoid the hit and miss hope of getting a "good" villa with the airlines, we dealt with Nick at Sun Grove Villas and will not go anywhere else.

Sungrove Villas - bottom line don’t go anywhere else. I have tried Virgin and others, flights are as expected, villas are generally poor quality, same furniture it originally came with and in need of serious TLC. Owners of good villa’s which have been looked after, upgraded and which you actually want to stay in mostly don’t supply to the big airlines direct. Make your next holiday how it should be, book a fly drive or flight then email Nick at Sungrove and you are sorted. It’s not much more expensive if at all and the villa you see is the one you will be staying in - not the usual lottery.

Best choice we made in order to rent a villa near Disney in Orlando. Nick was super helpful and responded to each email I sent, within 24 hours. The house was great and ready for us on the day of arrival. The management company they use was also very responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent though Nick and his team in the near future.

We were a group of 8 people. 2 grandmas, 1 grandpa, 1 father, 1 mother and 3 children. The house is beautiful and big, everyone can also retreat to a quiet place if necessary. The pool was great to cool off in after a day at the amusement park. The games room is also a nice bonus for the children. Theme parks were easy to reach, only the daily traffic jams to Orlando on the I4 are sometimes annoying. A possible small point of criticism is that the pool furniture here and there needs to be replaced, but that did not spoil our fun. All in all, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.

This family holiday home is absolutely beautiful, we all were absolutely heartbroken leaving it. Nick was absolutely fantastic all the way through. We had the pleasure to stay in this stunning villa in June 24, 5 adults and 2 kiddies. It has everything you need for a perfect base for Disney & Universal. We loved spending the evenings sitting by the pool in complete tranquillity. Villa was impeccably clean, everything in good working order and couldn't fault a thing. Also the service from Nick from start to finish is top class which you do not find with the major tour operators, thank you Nick - we will be back!

House was very clean with plenty of amenities! The game room was perfect for the two teens we had with us, and the pool was clean and cool after a day at the parks! Highly recommend Nick and this beautiful property.

What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would highly recommend this as anyone’s base for a holiday in Orlando. Pool was perfect to cool down in everyday. Also you are literally 5-8 mins from a few supermarket's. My son and girlfriend found the games room a great place to hang out and play pool. 5 stars all the way.

Enchanting Escape is a well suited name for this property. Our vacation centered around visiting family and this house was a perfect fit. We spent time relaxing by pool and spa. Also, our grandkids enjoyed the clubhouse activites, mini golf, ping pong and pool. The house was well equiped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were well appointed. The house was one of the cleanest houses we have rented. Also, It was in the 90's everyday and not once did we need to adjust the AC! We visit Davenport often and this house is one of our favorites!

We have been to Florida many times and although the villa was a little further away from Disney than others we have stayed in there was not much difference in the travelling time to the parks. The villa is on a lovely quiet estate. The pool area was perfect for us, with a covered seating area. We had 2 babies in our party and had the pool heated and it was a lovely temperature. Although the villa could maybe do with a little updating it is spacious and comfortable and the games room was a nice bonus . The bedroom downstairs is not en suite but does have its own bathroom nearby. The management company were excellent. Our water heater stopped working and although it was a Sunday evening Debbie had someone straight out and when it could not be repaired a new one was installed. Communication with Nick was excellent and everything ran very smoothly.

Communication with Nick was excellent any questions was answered quickly Villa was very easy to find and excellent peaceful neighbourhood When we arrived the villa was very clean and the welcome pack was perfect to get us going The pictures on Vrbo was just as we found the villa The kids absolutely loved the pool only thing I would suggest would to have lights in the pool or on the back fence by pool we went in march and it got quite dark in the pool at night we had pool Heating and it was like stepping into a bath perfect For my children who was 3 and 8 The villa is huge we didn’t use half of the house but it was beautiful only a couple of negatives the bath was chipped in places downstairs and tiles in shower was a bit old looking just through wear and tear just needs updating but that didn’t put us off we would definitely stay again 5***** from us we had an excellent holiday.

The home is very clean and well maintained, with only a couple of minor things that are age related. The beds are extremely comfortable with pillows that are of great quality allowing for a peaceful nights rest. The pool is at a perfect temperature allowing family to utilize both during the day and evening. I would definitely recommend it to others and be happy to stay here again.

We have visited Florida extensively over the last 20 years and can say this was one of the best villas we have stayed in. Solana was a nice estate, very quiet and easy access to H27 and with a Publix less than a mile down the road - ideal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

I would just like to take the time to show my appreciation for this stunning villa, Can I just start with saying how clean and perfect this villa is presented, It has absolutely everything you need such as a big driveway to accommodate the 2 cars we hired, a decent sized pool that we were in at every given opportunity, Also a games room which included a pool table, Air hockey and a ping pong table. The gated community and location that this villa is situated is just truly amazing also it is only a short drive to all the parks. This was the first time apart from been a young child that I have ever been to America and can I just say it did not disappoint. Finally I booked this villa through Sungrove villas and was dealing with a guy called Nick, This guy has patience and a lot of time for his guests I will definitely be returning in the near future. 10/10

Fantastic villa and great location with lots of space for all of us (5 adults and 2 children), great pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day at the park (the kids especially loved the ‘party lights’ provided in the pool! Great touch!) and a great games room with a pool table tor the adults to enjoy on an evening! Although villa is close to Disney, due to traffic and road works along the I4 it sometimes took up to an hour to get there, that being said the homeward journey was sometimes as little as half hour, so really depends what time you leave and traffic around then. We had a fab 2 weeks and would highly recommend this villa to any family! This is the 2nd time we have booked through Nick and his team and honestly cannot thank them enough for the stress free booking and great communication throughout! ??????? we will definitely be booking through them again for our next visit!

This property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and gave us access to Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland. We have been to Florida 4 times now and this was the best house ever that we have rented, there was nothing to complain about, the house was very clean and Davenport is so nice, like the concept of having both rental houses and private houses in the same street, Nick, who was supporting us all the way from the Sungrove Villas is a nice guy, very trustworthy and polite, I can only recommend to use this company to rent from.

My family and I had a great time at this home. Everything was within an hour away but with traffic a little longer. The home was clean, comfortable and host was very responsive when needing him. The home has plenty of space inside and out. Well all enjoyed the pool which was well kept. We would recommend this home and would use this home again.

Our family are regular visitors to the Orlando area. We have been renting villas for the last 10 years. This villa is the best we have stayed in. Very modern and clean. Lots of room for a large family and within 5-10 minute drive to local shops and food outlets. If you require a villa we would highly recommend a stay in this villa. Nick was very helpful at every stage of the rental.

This home lived up to our expectations and more . It was spacious, tastefully furnished , and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and bed linens and towels all of a good quality . These are the things that are important to use and we always know that if we book a home through Nick we won't be disappointed. The pool deck was very private and the lanai was an added bonus to stay in out of the sun or for a cosy feeling for evening drinks. The home is located just across the highway from a new Publix supermarket. There are a great selection of restaurants just a few minutes drive in either direction. I have no hesitation in recommending this home or in fact any of the homes that Nick manages. We will certainly be back, and when we do , I don't even have to think twice about who to contact.

We have just got back from our stay in Florida. We stayed in this amazing villa in Lake daventport. The villa was clean spacious and perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and clean The amenities were perfect, the games room and pool area was amazing. We used one of the prams that was there for our holiday which was super helpful. We also used the set of bikes which were in the garage and took a lovely bike ride to the nearby lake. The area our villa was in, was lovely and easy to get everywhere. The supermarkets were close as were the restaurants. The parks were 20/25 mins away for Disney around 45 for universal. Our communication from villa was clear concise and very polite. They were very helpful and friendly We loved our stay and would return and recommend for others.

We had a fantastic stay here, beautiful house with everything you could need, from pool toys, beach essentials, bicycles etc Perfect location for theme parks and activities. Highly recommend this villa.

We are a big family of six and had plenty of room and more, the house was just as listed, I am a RN and cleanliness is huge to me this house was spotless. Also has everything you need, you just need food and clothes! My kiddos loved the game room, the swimming pool and back deck area. The property manager was very quick in getting back to me and very helpful! We were close to food, stores, entertainment and more! 10 minutes from Disney, 1.5 hour from our favorite Clearwater Beach, tons of parks, and tourist things to do. We will def be staying here again when we are back in the area! This place gets five stars from this Nurse/Momma!

Great house and pool. Nick is wonderful to work with. Game room is fun addition to house. Great value also.

The house was very clean and spacious. We did not realize that there were basically three living rooms. We so tremendously enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.
