Situated on Highway 27 a few minutes south of US192, you have a large variety of shops, supermarkets, golf courses and restaurants no more than 5 to 10 minutes' drive away.

The bright and airy living room is situated at the rear of the property, with tall ceilings and large windows allowing sunlight to flood the space and picturesque views of the private pool and spa. The room includes a spacious, comfortable wrap-around sofa and a single sofa, perfect for watching your favourite show on the huge 60" wall-mounted TV. Ceramic tiled flooring helps keep the area cool during hot, sunny days.

With its granite worktops, this fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your culinary needs, featuring a charming breakfast area with a table and chairs. The kitchen offers direct access to the south-facing pool deck through patio doors.
The dining area is the perfect place for enjoying home-cooked meals in the evenings, with comfortable seating for six.

Master Suite - Located downstairs, offering a king-size bed and a flat-screen television, with serene views overlooking the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a large bath, a separate walk-in shower, a single basin unit with vanity station, and a toilet.

Twin Bedroom 2 - The Mickey and Minnie Twin Bedroom upstairs, with two single beds, ample storage space, and a wall-mounted TV. Shares the second family bathroom with the adjacent queen bedroom.

The fantastic spacious games room offers a game of pool, table tennis, or air hockey, and is designed to accommodate groups of all sizes for family competitions or relaxing downtime.

A lovely private area without any rear-facing neighbours features a beautiful south-facing pool deck, complete with a fantastic pool and spa. Sun loungers provide the perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine while the children play safely in the pool. Under the covered lanai, a table and chairs offer an inviting space for outdoor dining.
Pool & spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4), less than a 20-minute drive from Disney with easy access via the toll road and the Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and the I-Drive area are approximately 25 minutes' drive away, and Berry Town Centre (Publix, Applebee's and more) is just minutes from the resort.
The 4,000 sq/ft onsite Clubhouse has a resort-size heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. Facilities include a Tiki bar, resort-sized swimming pool, pickleball court, shuffleboard, spa, sand & volleyball court, 18-hole mini golf course, recreation field, sundry shop, fitness room and gymnasium, luggage room, concierge service, and a tot-lot with swings and slides.
