Beyond the impressive, light-filled galleried hallway, a second lounge awaits, styled with a plush velvet sofa, elegant accent chairs, and a statement ottoman. This refined yet comfortable space is perfect for streaming your favourite shows or settling in for a cosy family movie night, offering a more intimate atmosphere for relaxation.

Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of the home, seamlessly connecting to the formal dining area, breakfast nook, and breakfast bar - an inviting space designed for effortless family living. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely morning coffee or preparing a relaxed evening meal, everything is within easy reach.

Thoughtfully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and crockpot, it’s perfect for slow-cooked dinners ready and waiting after a busy day of adventures.

You’ll find an extensive collection of pots, pans, baking essentials, and elegant white crockery, along with two full sets of silverware  - ideal for both casual meals and special occasions. A charming Haunted Mansion waffle maker adds a touch of Disney magic, a must-have delight for fans of the parks.

Adding a personal, playful detail, the Disney “Home” sign can be customised with Velcro accents to suit the season or celebrate special moments. A wide selection of glassware is also provided, including an ice bucket ready to chill your favourite bottle of bubbles. Every detail has been considered to elevate everyday moments into something special.

Dining

The villa offers three beautifully flexible dining spaces, allowing you to dine in style to suit any occasion. Choose from the breakfast bar, featuring four plush velvet swivel stools (perfect for casual mornings or evening drinks) or gather around the kitchen table, which comfortably seats six for relaxed family meals.

For more formal occasions, the elegant dining room accommodates 8 to 10 guests, ideal for celebratory dinners and memorable evenings together.

Feel free to mix and match seating across the spaces to create the perfect setup for your gathering, whether intimate or grand.

Ground Floor Bathroom
Perfectly positioned for convenience, this stylish bathroom features a sink with mirrored vanity and storage, WC, and a combined bath and shower. A hairdryer is provided for added ease.

Primary En-Suite Bathroom
A true spa-like retreat, the en-suite boasts a double sink with mirrored vanity and ample storage, a separate WC, a spacious walk-in shower, and a striking oval soaking tub for unwinding in indulgent comfort. A hairdryer is also included.

Family Bathroom
Designed for effortless family living, this bright and well-equipped bathroom offers a sink with mirrored vanity and storage, a linen cupboard, and a bath with shower. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is the crowning glory of the villa, offering sweeping views across the Highlands Reserve Golf Course and spectacular sunsets in a wonderfully peaceful setting. With no traffic noise and minimal passing cars, it’s a serene retreat where you can truly switch off and enjoy the open skies and greenery.

A discreet fence to the left enhances privacy while maintaining harmony with neighbouring residents, creating a secluded and tranquil outdoor haven.

The 30-foot, west-facing pool (with a slight southerly aspect) enjoys sunshine for most of the day and unforgettable sunset views. Steps lead into the shallow end, and a covered lanai with ceiling fan provides welcome shade. Outdoor living is well catered for with dining seating for up to ten, four sun loungers, a luxurious double daybed with canopy, and additional sun chairs in the private garden.

For peace of mind, removable pool safety fencing is in place on arrival, along with door alarms. With privacy to one side and open pool and golf course views to the other, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxed days, sunset evenings, and effortless Florida living.

*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £28 per day.
