Nestled in the secure gated community of Solterra close to Championsgate amenities and Interstate 4, approx. 20 minutes’ drive to Disney and approx. 25 minutes’ drive to Universal Studios. 

This spacious single storey villa is located at the prestigious resort of Solterra; an exclusive gated community in Davenport. As soon as you enter the home, you will be wowed with the bright, open hallway space.

Living Area  - The family room is the perfect place to unwind and is placed next to the kitchen. You can easily grab some drinks and snacks ready to curl up on the comfy ‘L’ shaped sofa and watch a film on the 55" flat screen cable TV with DVD. Or you may choose to enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out the patio doors to the private, sun-drenched pool area with gorgeous views!  

There is a separate retreat with a 50" cable TV for a second family or where the children can "hang out" away from the "grown ups"! The sofa conveniently turns into a sofa bed if required.

Kitchen - Superbly appointed kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker as well as microwave, full cooker/oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. It also benefits from a breakfast bar with 4 stools – the perfect spot for your morning coffee.  

Dining - There is a formal dining table seating 8 people, so all the family can gather around at the end of the day and enjpy a homecooked meal or a takeaway.  There is also a more informal ‘breakfast nook’ with table & 5 chairs next to the kitchen, aswell as kitchen island seating.

King Master Bedroom with En-suite - The beautifully appointed Master En-suite bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a comfortable king size bed and wall mounted TV. This elegantly designed room provides a spacious and private sanctuary for guests to unwind and relax. With the added bonus of patio doors leading straight onto the pool deck.

The en-suite bathroom offers his and hers vanity, a huge double walk in shower and walk in wardrobe.

Queen Bedroom with Ensuite - Enjoy the bright, contemporary décor in this Queen bedroom, with a Queen size bed and wall mounted TV. Make your way through to the ensuite bathroom and you’ll find a walk-in shower and vanity basin.

Twin Bedroom with shared bathroom - The Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom will be a real hit with the little ones in your party where their imagination can run wild. Featuring two single beds and TV. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other twin bedroom (shower over bath tub).

Twin Bedroom with shared bathroom - The ‘ocean’ themed twin bedroom offers a tranquil room with calming blue and green tones. Featuring two single beds and TV. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other twin bedroom (shower over bath tub).

Games Room - The fully equipped games room is complete with a 7ft pool table, foosball and air hockey.  Whether you are looking to unwind after a long day at the theme parks or simply have some indoor fun, the games room is the perfect addition to your Orlando vacation.

Outdoor Living – Step out onto the stunning West facing pool deck and immerse yourself in the luxury pool (30' x 15') with extended deck for everyone to enjoy. There are 7 loungers to soak up the sun and pool towels provided for your convenience. Dine outside under the covered lanai and take in the beautiful views over conservation land (no rear neighbours!) It is also protected with a pool safety fence for any parties with young children and there is direct access to bathroom from pool area through an external side door (no need to soak the bedroom floor!)

Utilities - The separate Utility Area provides a washing machine & tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience.

Solterra Community

Solterra Resort Orlando is an upscale resort style community in the Championsgate / Davenport area within an easy drive of all the Orlando Theme Parks and Attractions. This wonderful location is within 5 minutes’ drive of local restaurants, stores and amenities. Posner Park is only 10 minutes away with additional restaurants, supermarkets, shopping facilities and an IMAX cinema! 

Solterra Resort resort has a 24 hour security guarded gatehouse along with wonderful leisure amenities in a tropical landscaped setting including a zero-entry large swimming pool, lazy river attraction, a 6700sq ft contemporary clubhouse with cabanas, an extensive fitness center, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, a waterfall feature, water slide, Jacuzzi, plus a children's playground and lawn.

Please note: To use the community amenities, there is a $35 per week fee charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in and you’ll l be issued a resort access card to show the front gate of the pool at each entry and a 4-digit code for access to the gym.

Notes

This villa is self-catering. Guests are responsible for supplying their own toiletries and household items, including paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent. Upon arrival, the property will be stocked with a starter supply for your convenience: one toilet roll per bathroom, one trash bag per bin, and a hand soap in each bathroom. Any additional items required during your stay should be purchased as needed.
