How far are the villas from Disney?
All the villas are approx. 10-30 minutes’ drive to the main gates of Disney in either Kissimmee, Davenport or Clermont (traffic dependant). Please ask for exact locations, so you can check it out on a map.
How do I book?
You can book with us directly on our website. You simply enter your dates on the villa page and a quote will be generated. You will see a ‘Book Now’ button, press this and follow the online prompts to book and make secure payment online.
What are your payment terms?
We take a 15% non-refundable deposit to reserve your dates. Your final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes, we let multiple villas, and many are located on the same resort and some even on the same road. So please ask and we will try and accommodate your requirements.
Do you use a local management company during our stay?
Yes, although we are based in the U.K., we use local and trusted management companies who we have worked with for many years. They are on hand during your stay, and we are always only a phone call / email away.
What is check in and check out time?
Check in time is 4.00pm and check out time is 10.00am.
However, if you require an earlier or later checkout, we will explore if this is possible. We cannot guarantee this and will depend if there are guests in before or after your stay. There may also be a charge.
Are the homes self-catering?
Yes, all the homes are self-catering. You will usually be provided with a toilet roll in each bathroom, bin bag and dishwasher tablet. But after that it is your responsibly to provide what you need. Wal-Mart is open 24/ hours.
Do I need pool / spa heating?
Pool and/or spa heating is recommended during the months of October to May when it is a little cooler. However some guests choose to take this all year round. Please specify if you would like this adding to your stay.
What are the benefits of staying in a villa near Disney?
More space for families
The villas have multiple bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor space.

All the villas include their own private pool, allowing you to relax and cool off after a day at the parks.

Fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and entertainment areas.
Better value for larger groups
For families or groups travelling together, renting a villa can often work out more affordable per person than booking multiple hotel rooms.

Villas located in areas such as Davenport, Florida provide a peaceful environment while still being close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
Close to major attractions
Many villas are within a short drive of Walt Disney World Resort, making it easy to enjoy the theme parks while having a relaxing place to return to each evening.
How do we get access to the house?
The days of collecting keys after a long journey are gone. All homes are different, but access will be either by an electronic door lock within the door itself, or via a secure lock box attached to the wall near the front door, which contains the front door key. With both you will be allocated a code to access for your stay.
Will there be a BBQ grill?
Some homes have a complimentary BBQ but ask guests to replenish the propane gas used if it runs out. Some homes provide the BBQ and propane. Due to miss-use and leaving in a bad state causing hygiene issues many homes now hire them in which includes delivery and collection, propane and cleaning. Please ask for confirmation if you would like a BBQ to be part of your vacation.
Do you offer car hire and park tickets?
No, we only offer villas. However, we can put you in a touch with a reliable agent for car hire and recommend companies that we have used personally for park tickets.
What amenties do Sungrove Villas offer?
Each villa has complimentary bed linen, towels, washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board and Wi-fi.
