First impressions are everything… Open the front door and you are wowed by the stunning open concept of the main floor layout which offers plenty of space and all modern furnishings. The well-lit living room provides the comfort of two sofas, two chairs, and a 58-inch wall-mounted TV, sound bar, and local cable TV. Adjacent to the living area is a coffee/wine bar where you can prepare coffee, tea, or a drink. Take in the spectacular view through the oversized sliding door that opens onto the patio.

Second floor Twin Bedroom 1 – This bedroom features two twin beds, a convenient nightstand, and a spacious dresser for ample storage. A large closet offers plenty of room for your belongings. Enjoy entertainment on the 43-inch TV, and refresh in the attached bathroom complete with a shower-over-bath and a single basin sink.

Second floor Twin Bedroom 2 – This bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, a shared nightstand, and a spacious dresser for ample storage. *Pool & spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Calabay Parc is a peaceful, well-kept, Davenport community, off US27, only 20 minutes to Disney World. All of Orlando’s world-class theme parks and attractions are easily reached from this community, as are a wide range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Florida's award-winning beaches can be reached in just over an hour. The Berry Town complex just 2 miles away offers a large Publix supermarket and an array of shops and restaurants.
