Bedrooms

Master Suite The Master suite boasts a King-sized bed, recently redesigned and adorned in soothing tones of aqua, cream, and dark wood, accented by soft sand hues. The bed is thoughtfully positioned at wheelchair-accessible height for ease of transfer, with strategically placed grab bars for added convenience. Should you require a specialised bed, the spacious room offers ample accommodation for one. For wheelchair users, the open, uncluttered layout and tiled floors provide smooth mobility, with generous space on both sides of the bed to facilitate easy transfer. The bed height is 24 inches, with an under-bed clearance of 7 inches. The en-suite bathroom features a roll-in shower, complete with a fold-down shower seat, grab bars, and a shower wheelchair, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.

Second Bedroom – This bright and cheerful bedroom features two plush twin beds, dressed in vibrant Lily Pulitzer bedding and pillows, with views of the front garden. Third Bedroom – This charming and serene bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized bed, perfect for a couple or solo traveller seeking a restful retreat. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, the space offers a warm, welcoming ambiance and promises a peaceful night’s sleep in total comfort.

Fourth Bedroom – Welcome to your nautical escape! This whimsical room features a sturdy double bunk bed paired with twin beds, making it the perfect haven for dreamers of all ages. The only question left to ask is, "Who gets the top bunk?"

Fifth Bedroom - This stylish room features plush twin beds which can be configured as a King Bed if required.

Outdoor Living

Escape to your own private oasis with the huge, extended pool deck which is one of the largest pool decks in Highlands Reserve. This outdoor haven features 8 loungers and 8 chairs as well as a comfortably furnished covered lanai with outdoor Smart TV, pool and hot tub.

The pool faces East but because there’s good space between this house and the house to the south there is sun on it most of the day.

Location

Highlands Reserve is located in Davenport, just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, children park, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.

The community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.

If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.

Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!
