Overview

This home is furnished to a very high standard throughout and enjoys a ‘chill out’ sitting room, an open plan living area incorporating a top of the range kitchen with the elegant dining area and family room with wall-mounted 55” Smart TV. There's a games room located upstairs in the loft area with a pool table, plus there's a sitting area with a wall-mounted 55” Smart TV and an Xbox with UNLIMITED access to digital games. There are 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 queen-size, a twin-bedded room plus a triple sleeper bunk bedroom with under trundle bed, all with Smart TV's.

Living

As you enter the villa, you are greeted by a fabulous tiled hallway that sets a welcoming tone. To your left, the first of three living rooms offers a comfortable space to relax. Adjacent to this is the laundry room, conveniently located for easy access. The hallway continues on to reveal a spacious and sociable open-plan family room, kitchen, and dining area, designed to accommodate both everyday living and entertaining with ease.

The first living room near the front entrance features a huge wrap-around sectional couch, creating a comfortable and inviting space. Designed with a beach-themed decor, this chill-out room offers a serene atmosphere perfect for quiet reading or relaxation. Soft colors and coastal accents enhance the calming vibe, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a busy day.

As you enter the beautiful open plan ‘Family Room,’ you’ll immediately notice it is a comfortably and contemporarily furnished space, thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere. The room offers pleasant views onto the pool deck, creating a bright and inviting environment. It features ample seating for everyone to unwind and enjoy watching the 55” Smart TV together. This area truly serves as the heart and hub of the home. Within the same open plan space, you’ll find a luxury kitchen equipped with all the modern amenities you might need, including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and kettle. The breakfast bar is complemented by 4 comfortable bar stools, perfect for casual dining or socialising. Additionally, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large dining table with benches that can comfortably seat up to 8 guests, ideal for family meals or entertaining friends.

Bedrooms 

Master Bedroom - The large master bedroom, located upstairs with beautiful views overlooking the front gardens, has been thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, matching nightstands, and a spacious chest of drawers. It also features a walk-in dressing room, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, there is a cozy seating area and a full-length floor-standing mirror to complete the space.

Master Bedroom 2 - The second master bedroom, situated conveniently on the ground floor and overlooking the pool deck, features a spacious king-sized bed accompanied by matching nightstands and a chest of drawers. It also includes a built-in wardrobe for ample storage, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, the room benefits from an ensuite bathroom, which offers a bath with an overhead shower, a single vanity unit, and a WC, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests.

Master Bedroom 3 - The third Master Bedroom, situated upstairs, is beautifully Disney-themed and features a comfortable queen-sized bed accompanied by matching nightstands. It also includes a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe for ample storage, a ceiling fan to keep the room cool, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, this room benefits from an attached Jack and Jill bathroom, providing convenient and private access. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a single vanity sink and WC. This bathroom is also shared with bedroom 4 and the entertainment loft sitting area.

Bedroom 4 - This Star Wars-themed bedroom features a triple sleeper bunk bed, consisting of a twin bed over a full-size bed, along with an additional under-trundle bed. The room also includes a matching chest of drawers and a comfortable bean bag seat. It can comfortably sleep up to 4 children. There is a Smart TV on a stand for entertainment. The bedroom is complete with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and convenient access to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 5 - Located on the ground floor, this spacious bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and offers lovely views overlooking the pool deck. The room is thoughtfully furnished with two matching nightstands, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe for ample storage, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for your entertainment needs. This room is serviced by the ground floor family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit

Bedroom 6 - The Minions themed bedroom, located on the ground floor, is thoughtfully designed and features 2 twin-sized beds with a shared nightstand conveniently placed between them. It also includes a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe providing ample storage space, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The family bathroom that services this room is equally practical, featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a WC, and a built-in sink unit for everyday convenience.

Entertainment 

At the top of the stairs in the loft area, you are warmly welcomed into an amazing games room and entertainment space. This inviting area features a pool table, an Xbox console with UNLIMITED access to a wide selection of digital games, and a large wall-mounted 55” Smart TV. Additionally, there is a comfortable sitting area perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Outdoor Living

One of the outstanding features of the villa is the generously extended SOUTH FACING pool deck area with a tranquil lakeside view, which offers the perfect place to unwind, cool off in the large pool, or soak up some rays in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Luxury sun loungers and plush towels are provided for your comfort. A sectional sofa under the Lani creates a lovely outdoor dining space, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. For added safety, a child safety net surrounds the pool to help keep little ones secure.

*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £29 per day.

Location

Crofton Springs at Providence is a brand new golf course community of luxury Orlando vacation rentals just minutes from Disney World.

Providence is a gated community, and offers guests access to the well manicured golf course. Green fees are very reasonable and the clubhouse will be a hit for golfers and non-golfers.

The Providence clubhouse restaurent offers great food and views over the golf course! They also have a covered terrace so you can sit outside without getting burnt by the hot summer sun.

In addition to the golf, guests can also use the onsite resort clubhouse with fitness centre, pool and spa, tennis courts, and children’s playground.

Travelling to and from the parks you can easily stock up with groceries from the brand new Publix, supermaket located at the nearby Loughman Crossing.
