Living
There are a total of three living areas in this home, providing ample space and privacy when needed—ideal for large groups. The main living room and the family room both feature large flat-screen TVs, complete with DVD players and PlayStation consoles. The third living area offers a quiet retreat, perfect for relaxing with a good book.

Kitchen
Meal times will be stress free in the large, fully fitted kitchen, equipped with all the modern appliances you need. Enjoy easy cooking with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender at your fingertips. The kitchen table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for two at the bar stools—perfect for sharing meals or casual snacks while putting your culinary skills to work.

Second Master - The second master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a toilet, a bath with shower, and a modern sink, providing both convenience and privacy for all guests. For those with restricted mobility, this room is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Third Master - The third master features a spacious bedroom complete with comfortable Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom include a toilet, a bath with shower, and modern sink, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

Twin Bedroom 1 - This twin bedroom features two comfortable single beds, each perfect for a restful night's sleep. Between the beds is a nightstand with convenient storage drawers, a flat-screen TV provides entertainment for guests during their stay. Twin Bedroom 2 - This twin bedroom features two full-size beds, a nightstand, ample storage space, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Both twin bedrooms are conveniently located near the upstairs family bathroom, equipped with a toilet, a bath with shower, and a single sink for easy access and comfort.

With a spacious patio furnished with four luxury sun loungers (only two pictured) and cozy seating, the area is surrounded by lush shrubs providing complete privacy. Whether soaking up the afternoon sun or enjoying a peaceful evening soak, this tranquil retreat offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

*Pool & spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Utilities

The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience. Stay connected with your loved ones, stream your favourite shows, with the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Located just off the US27, Legacy Park is divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, including The Retreat. Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, also with restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets along both sides of the nearby US192 you will never be short of dining options.
