As soon as you enter this beautifully furnished 4 bed, 4 bath home with over 2700sq.ft of living space, you will feel at home. Downstairs, you will find two living areas, a formal dining area, kitchen and informal breakfast area.  There is also a twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. 

Kitchen - The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the theme parks or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need to make and enjoy a delicious meal during your stay. It also benefits from a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Dining - There is a formal dining table at the entrance to the home, seating 6 people. There is also a more informal ‘breakfast nook’ with table & 4 chairs next to the kitchen, aswell as kitchen island seating.

Living Area  - The family room is the perfect place to unwind and is placed next to the kitchen. You can easily grab some drinks and snacks ready to curl up on the comfy sofas and watch a film. Or you may choose to enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out the patio doors to the private, sun-drenched pool area with gorgeous views!

There is a second living area with no TV, which provides a spot to fully switch off with a book to have some R&R.
Upstairs on the landing there is a desk/office space for your convenience.

Upstairs King Master Bedroom with En-suite - The master ensuite bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a comfortable king bed and wall mounted TV. Notes

This villa is self-catering. Guests are responsible for supplying their own toiletries and household items, including paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent. Upon arrival, the property will be stocked with a starter supply for your convenience: one toilet roll per bathroom, one trash bag per bin, and a hand soap in each bathroom. Any additional items required during your stay should be purchased as needed.
