The Watersong Resort in Davenport, offers a serene retreat with easy access to the excitement of Orlando. Nestled in a peaceful gated community, this beautifully designed villa provides the perfect blend of comfort and style. The spacious open plan living area, modern amenities, and private west facing outdoor space, allows guests to unwind after a day at the theme parks. Living Area

This villa features two living areas. The bright and airy first living room features comfy sofas designed for relaxation and socialising. A wall-mounted TV provides entertainment without taking up space, while a full-size pool table adds a fun and engaging element, perfect for family and friends to enjoy quality time together.

The main open plan living area, blends the kitchen, dining, and living area into one large space. This modern design is perfect for gatherings and entertaining, with plenty of natural light creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Families can enjoy quality time cooking, chatting, or relaxing together. The living area, with newly fitted luxury vinyl planking and modern furnishings, features a comfy yet elegant design, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Plush sofas are arranged to create an inviting atmosphere, encouraging family gatherings and friendly conversations. A stylish coffee table sits at the center, complementing the overall decor. The large wall mounted TV makes this the perfect spot to enjoy movie nights or catch up on your favourite shows, all TV’s in the villa are ROKU equipped to allow access to our guests own video streaming such as Netflix, Amazon etc. Patio doors lead out to the sun drenched west facing pool deck. This living area balances relaxation and sophistication, offering a wonderful space to unwind after a day of exploring Orlando.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully renovated kitchen is a standout feature of the home, showcasing elegant white cabinets, sleek quartz countertops, and a spacious kitchen island. Equipped with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with all the essentials, it’s perfect for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. Master Ensuite Bedroom with King Bed - The master ensuite bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a new comfortable king sized bed. This elegantly designed room provides a spacious and private sanctuary for guests to unwind and relax after a long day exploring Orlando and has a 55” ROKU smart TV, dresser unit with large mirror, 6 drawers, bed side cabinets and two arm chairs with coffee table. It also has a large walk-in-wardrobe. Making your way to the large ensuite bathroom you’ll find a spa-style soaking tub, walk-in-shower, toilet, vanity basin and hairdryer. Enjoy the ultimate comfort and privacy in this king bed master ensuite bedroom.

Queen Bedroom - Enjoy the luxury and comfort of the second master ensuite bedroom (yellow), with a Queen sized bed. This stylishly appointed room provides a peaceful retreat during your stay, perfect for couples or individuals seeking privacy and relaxation, it has a 36” ROKU smart TV, storage drawers, bed side cabinet and built-in-wardrobe. This room shares the conveniently located family bathroom which has a shower-over-bath, single basin with quartz top and toilet.

Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom captures the spirit of the beloved Finding Nemo characters, making it ideal for the young or young at heart members of your party. It features built-in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space, and a 36” Smart TV for entertainment. The conveniently placed family bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, toilet, vanity basin with a Quartz top, and a hairdryer for added comfort and convenience.

Bunk Bedroom - The bunk bedroom (sleeps 4) captures the spirit of Disney Cars, making it perfect for younger guests. It includes built-in wardrobes, ample drawer space, and a 24” Smart TV for entertainment. The adjacent family bathroom features a shower-over-bath, toilet, a vanity basin with a Quartz top, and a hairdryer, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The villa boasts an awesome Theatre Room which is in the fully converted air conditioned garage. *Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £29 per day.

Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports Tuscan Ridge is great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday. The villas are located in a secluded community and are surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios only minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.

There is a Publix supermarket and two gas stations located minutes away on the junction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.

If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
