The Reserve at Town Center

Reserve at Town Center is an exclusive and beautiful, gated community of only 95 homes, each with its own private pool situated 5 minutes east of Exit 58 off Interstate I-4, just south of the junction of County Road 54 and Old Lake Wilson Road in Davenport, Orlando. This wonderful community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot and is ideally situated, only minutes from Orlando's many varied attractions. The entrance to Walt Disney World with it's many parks, is just a 10 minute drive away while the fantastic Sea World is just 15 minutes drive away. If you want to get away for a meal and some shopping then Highway 192 with its vast array of stores and restaurants is just 6 minutes drive, straight up the Old Lake Wilson Road. If you or anyone in your party are golfers, then the new ChampionsGate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses and ChampionsGate Village, a retail center with a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is just 3 minutes drive from the community and well worth a visit.

The community is set in a conservation area and is built along the banks of a lake and around a pond. Most homes back on to water or conservation, ensuring maximum privacy, relaxation and often a wonderful view. Being a small gated community, it is safe to wander round for an evening stroll or for children to play outside. The Reserve is situated less than 10 minutes from Disney (8 miles to Animal Kingdom), and just a few minutes from local shops, restaurants, and many great golf courses, including the championship courses at Champions Gate and Reunion. Being situated on Lake Wilson Road, the journey to Disney couldn't be simpler - it takes just a few minutes to reach the 192 with only 2 sets of traffic lights between the community gates and Disney! Even though The Reserve is located in the most tranquil of settings, it is just 2 miles away from the I4 making access to the airports, the beaches and the other parks very easy. The Reserve at Town Center has a good selection of grocery stores and places to eat very close by. There is a brand new Publix within walking distance from the Reserve, on the new Ovation Retail park, which also houses, Papa Johns Pizza, Subway, a Chinese and many more great eateries, with more and more opening every month. Across the road are the Shoppes at Reunion where there is a large CVS pharmacy.
