  • Booking is simple! Browse our villas, select your dates, follow the on-screen prompts and use our secure online booking system. Alternatively, you can contact us directly for personalised assistance.

  • No, we like to keep our pricing very simple and transparent. The quotes you see are inclusive of the rental, taxes and clean.

    The only additional payments are if you require pool heating (costs are displayed during the booking process as an ‘add on’ or BBQ Hire.

  • All the villas come fully furnished with private pools, modern kitchens, Wi-Fi, cable TV, linens, towels and hair dryers. Additional amenities vary per property - full details are listed on each villa page.

  • We take a 15% non-refundable deposit to reserve your dates. Your final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to arrival.

  • All the villas are approx. 10-30 minutes’ drive to the main gates of Disney (traffic dependant) in either Kissimmee, Davenport or Clermont.

    Please ask for exact locations, so you can check it out on a map.

  • Yes, although we are based in the U.K., we use local and trusted management companies who we have worked with for many years. They are on hand during your stay, and we are always only a phone call / email away.

  • Yes, we let multiple villas - many are located on the same community and some even on the same road. So please ask and we will try and accommodate your requirements.

  • Check in time is 4.00pm and check out time is 10.00am.

    However, if you require an earlier or later checkout, we will explore if this is possible. We cannot guarantee this and will depend if there are guests in before or after your stay.

    There may also be a charge.

  • The days of collecting keys after a long journey are gone. All villas are different, but access will be either by an electronic door lock within the door itself, or via a secure lock box attached to the wall near the front door, which contains the front door key.

    We send out arrival details approx. 2 weeks prior to your stay and provide you with an access code for your stay. .

  • Pool and/or spa heating is recommended during the months of October to May when it is a little cooler in Orlando. However some guests choose to take this all year round. Please specify if you would like this adding to your stay.

  • Some villas have a complimentary BBQ but ask guests to replenish the propane gas used if it runs out.

    Some villas provide the BBQ and propane. Due to miss-use and leaving in a bad state causing hygiene issues many villas now hire them in which includes delivery and collection, propane and cleaning.

    Please ask for confirmation if you would like a BBQ to be part of your holiday.

  • No, we only offer villa rentals. However, we can put you in a touch with a reliable agent for car hire and recommend companies that we have used personally for Disney & Universal tickets.

  • More space for families
    Renting a villa for your Orlando stay offers so much more space. The villas have multiple bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor space.

    Private Pool
    All Orlando villas include their own private pool, allowing you to relax and cool off after a day at the parks.

    Better value for larger groups
    For families or groups travelling together, renting a villa can often work out more affordable per person than booking multiple hotel rooms.

    Quiet residential communities
    Villas located in areas such as Davenport and Kissimmee, the villas provide a peaceful environment while still being close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
