Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining table overlooks the pool deck, providing a perfect spot for morning tea and toast as you plan your day, or a relaxed setting for evening meals while sharing stories from your adventures. The family lounge, bathed in natural light, is located at the rear of the villa and offers luxury sofas, a large flatscreen TV with cable channels, and doors that open onto the south-facing pool deck, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.

Second Master - also has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, wall mounted TV and built in wardrobes.
Third Bedroom - The first twin bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to appeal to any holidaymaker, offering a comfortable and versatile space. Both single beds are complemented by a flat-screen TV.
Fourth Bedroom - The second twin bedroom is also tastefully decorated. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the conveniently located family bathroom which has a Shower-over-bath, toilet and single basin.

The highlight of Solana Resort is the 4000 Sq. ft. onsite Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa.

Excellent villa, I have stayed there before last October. The villa was spotlessly clean and in Excellent order and very comfortable. Centrally located to all amenities, parks, and restaurants. Sungrove villas are an absolute pleasure to deal with, superb communication, very quick in responding to emails, and professional. We will be booking again for next year. Thank you Sungrove.
Fully recommend Sungrove Villas - impeccable service from initial contact through to the rental period. We have stayed in villas previously which felt like a let down, bare, lifeless - 640SC did not disappoint. Exactly as the photos show. This felt like our home for 3 weeks with tasteful decoration. Good distance from the Disney parks as well as supermarkets and restaurants. We would definitely rent this villa again and will be telling all friends and family about Sungrove Villas.

Excellent experience from initial contact with Nick, through booking (Nick promptly answered my questions) to arrival at the Villa. Access upon arrival at the Villa was a breeze, and the Villa was perfect and of excellent quality, exactly as described and per the photos. Set in a quiet neighbourhood with gated entry (always a security guard at the gate). Rooms were spacious, well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool, although being late April I would advise having the pool heating. Also loved the games room, although the pool table could do with being levelled up. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

Excellent villa, very quiet, I had a great time, the villa was very clean and tidy, furnishings were excellent and comfortable. All the amenities were close by. Management staff were extremely helpful.

Great communication, who were always available to answer any queries and they also have such a lovely variety of villas to choose from it makes it hard to pick one. We absolutely loved our stay on the Solana resort! The Villa was perfect! Sparkling clean, modern and very well equipped! I would highly recommend booking with Nick, from my first enquiry to a very small issue with the pool screen (that was rectified within 24hrs) he was very helpful and really easy to deal with and we’d not hesitate to use them again for our next Florida trip! Stayed from 17th July 25 to 1st August 25. Exceptionlly well maintained and very clean indeed. All the correspondence was spot on. Could not fault a thing. Would definitley book with them again.
Beautiful, well equipped home. We Spent 3 weeks here and did not want to leave. We enjoyed the games room and the lovely pool. The club house was really nice to with a warm pool. We only spent a couple of visits here. Nick , Caroline and colleagues were very attentive and caring. We had an issue with the microwave which was dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
Nick was excellent and quick to respond when confirming access to the villa. Dropped a message to ask if we got there ok and made sure everything was ok. The villa is in a gated community with sun on the pool all afternoon. The standard of the villa was excellent! 30 min drive to Disney and key shops close by.
Gorgeous modern villa. We were visiting Universal which ranged from 30 - 60 mins travel time depending on traffic (lots of roadworks on route at the moment). Disney is very close though. Spotlessly clean, fab pool with outside furniture, comfy beds and excellent games room. Highly recommend this property and Nick was great to communicate with. We visited end of March 2025.
Lovely property. Very clean. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, etc. Nice game room and washer and dryer. Pool area was perfect. The only downside, if there is one, the neighbors (also vacationing) were loud. Our bedroom was at the back of the house and we could hear the neighbors like they were right outside our windows. Nick and property manager were very responsive. We would stay again.
The villa is wonderful and is clearly well looked after The booking process was easy and problem free Communication was excellent at all times Would happily stay here again.
The property was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. Well equipped and well positioned for the parks ( 30 mins from most) There was a slight problem with the pool netting ( 2 weeks after the hurricane) which on the grand scale of things was very minor. I noticed hundreds of property’s with similar or worse problems. Having raised it with the company it was fixed by the second week. A massive well done in the circumstances. Villa was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Was well equipped and was ideal for the holiday stay. We have visited Florida extensively over the last 20 years and can say this was one of the best villas we have stayed in. Solana was a nice estate, very quiet and easy access to H27 and with a Publix less than a mile down the road - ideal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.
I would just like to take the time to show my appreciation for this stunning villa, Can I just start with saying how clean and perfect this villa is presented, It has absolutely everything you need such as a big driveway to accommodate the 2 cars we hired, a decent sized pool that we were in at every given opportunity, Also a games room which included a pool table, Air hockey and a ping pong table. The gated community and location that this villa is situated is just truly amazing also it is only a short drive to all the parks. This was the first time apart from been a young child that I have ever been to America and can I just say it did not disappoint. Finally I booked this villa through Sungrove villas and was dealing with a guy called Nick, This guy has patience and a lot of time for his guests I will definitely be returning in the near future. 10/10
