Adjacent to the living area is a coffee/wine bar where you can prepare coffee, tea, or a drink. Take in the spectacular view through the oversized sliding door that opens onto the patio.

This elegant formal dining area comfortably seats 6 to 8 guests, featuring a spacious table crafted from rich wood with polished detailing and cushioned, high-back chairs designed for extended comfort.
Bedrooms
Ground floor Master en-suite - A spacious bedroom featuring a King bed and a 55-inch TV, with a walk-in closet with a secure safe. The ensuite bathroom offers double vanities, a luxurious soaker tub, and a walk-in shower, with direct access to a private patio.
Ground floor Queen en-suite - A comfortable queen bed flanked by two nightstands, a dresser and a 43-inch TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a modern shower.
Second floor Queen Master en-suite - A comfortable queen bed, two nightstands, a spacious dresser and a 55-inch TV. The ensuite bathroom has a modern shower.
Second floor Twin Bedroom 1 - Two twin beds, a nightstand, a spacious dresser and a large closet. A 43-inch TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower-over-bath and a single basin sink.
Second floor Twin Bedroom 2 - Two comfortable twin beds, a shared nightstand, a spacious dresser, a large closet and a 43-inch TV. The family bathroom is just outside the room.
There is a hairdryer in every bathroom.
Entertainment
Located in the garage is table football (foosball) and a basketball game. There are also golf clubs available to use.
Outdoor Living
Pool & spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

This was our second time staying at villa 418OD. This house will not disappoint. It is very comfortable and well taken care of. It was well equipped with everything you would need including many extras like pool toys and floaties. Nick was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We would recommend this house to family and friends, and will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area.
Villa '418OD' was perfect for our wedding base. Looked exactly like the photos; spacious but cosy, very clean and had everything we needed and more. We even arrived at the villa to flowers, champagne and a beautiful card welcoming us for our Orlando wedding. Communication was amazing and easy. Would highly recommend.
We spent 9 nights here and had a great experience. The home was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for holiday cooking. The Christmas decorations were an amazing addition, as well. The pool, hot tub, and screened enclosure were clean and in perfect condition, which kept bugs out of the pool area and out of the pool itself. No need to take a net to the pool every morning! We will definitely check availability in the future when staying in the area.
Just returned from an amazing holiday and the villa was PERFECT!! The villa was exactly as described by Sungrove Villas and had all the extra items we needed as a family with young child. The service we received from Nick at Sungrove was amazing he responded quickly to any enquires and ensured that we had all the information needed in order for our holiday to run smoothly. Just returned from an unforgettable stay here at Calabay Parc, and I couldn’t be happier. The villa was everything promised and more—spacious, modern, immaculate, and equipped with all the comforts of home. My daughters were absolutely thrilled with the generous pool and the bonus of a PS5. Booking through Sungrove Villas was an absolute breeze, thanks to Nick—an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He answered all our questions happily and kept us well informed throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Sungrove Villas again—and I’m already looking forward to my next trip!
We have just returned from a trip of a lifetime to Florida, we had seen photos of the villa on the website but it was even more stunning in real life! When we arrived we felt extremely lucky to have found such a fabulous villa. It was designed to a very high standard and all the extras made it even more perfect! It also felt like home. There is everything you could possibly need. Towels, pool towels, ponchos, fans for the park, George Foreman, batteries, inflatables for the pool. Nick at Sungrove Villa’s was very responsive to emails (even at weekends). We asked for the pool to be heated and it was on within the hour! Nick Barlow is fantastic and no question I asked was silly and I asked many! I will definitely recommend Sungrove Villas to everyone I know and will be using them again in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the house's spacious, well-maintained interior and outdoor areas. The private pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of fun, and the hot tub provided the ultimate way to unwind in the evenings. The house itself was very clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better — 20 - 25 minutes to everything we wanted to see, but still peaceful and private. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
We stayed in this property for 17 nights in October 2024. We had stayed in this development previously, loved the area, and wanted to try a new villa. We booked this beautiful property through Sungrove Villas. The communication before, during and after our stay was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and every email was replied to very quickly and positively. We were here during Hurricane Milton and got good advice and reassurance during this stressful time. Thankfully the hurricane had little real impact on our area. The villa itself is lovely, with plenty of supplies for a large family. We loved it here. Pool is cleaned weekly, neighbours very nice and location excellent. We have holidayed in Orlando 13 times in total and this was the nicest villa and booking experience so far. Many thanks to Nick and his team at Sungrove for their support and professionalism.
Sungrove Villas - bottom line don’t go anywhere else. I have tried Virgin and others, flights are as expected, villas are generally poor quality, same furniture it originally came with and in need of serious TLC. Owners of good villa’s which have been looked after, upgraded and which you actually want to stay in mostly don’t supply to the big airlines direct. Make your next holiday how it should be, book a fly drive or flight then email Nick at Sungrove and you are sorted. It’s not much more expensive if at all and the villa you see is the one you will be staying in - not the usual lottery.

This house was in great shape with plenty of room. 5 bedrooms so people can spread out with plenty of bathrooms. Very easy to communicate with Nick but didn’t need to reach out at all. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
