The villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort with 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus a fourth family bathroom means there's no queues before an early start to the parks! One of the ensuite bedrooms is located on the ground floor making this villa ideal if you have guests with restricted mobility in the party. All this backing onto a private South/West facing pool deck.

If you are looking for a villa in the Orlando area, go no further than Sungrove Villas. We rented a 5 bedroom villa with pool in the Davenport area in late August. We booked the villa 9 months in advance and the initial contact with Nick at Sungrove was very supportive. This continued in the leadup to our holiday, when Nick answered all emails promptly and was very friendly, making great suggestions where possible. Just prior to our departure from the UK Nick ensured we had all access arrangements sorted and that there were no worries or questions outstanding. Nick also responded to a minor issue during our stay and checked in to make sure all was good. All in all a great rental experience. When I return to Orlando we will definitely touch base with Sungrove Villas first in any new search for accommodation. All-in-all, a great rental experience.
My friends and I had an amazing week getaway at this lovely home in Davenport. This was my second time staying in Davenport and it's slowly becoming one of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. The house is exactly as pictured and it provided us with all of the comforts we needed for our stay. The pool and game room were our specific highlights and we had more than enough room to fit all of us comfortably. The home provides you with every cooking utensil and apparatus necessary if you plan on cooking, however for health reasons they don't keep or provide spices and cooking items so plan accordingly to meet your desired needs. Outside of a few bugs in the pool (which you can't run from in Florida), the house was more than excellent and we would love to go back if time allows us. Highly recommend this space for anyone who's looking for a quiet getaway that's an arms length distance away from all the fun Orlando and the other nearby cities can provide.
The house was amazingly beautiful and clean when we arrived. My family enjoyed the pool and we were also able to rent a grill for our stay. What made the stay a 10/10 was our Host and his communication he responded in a timely manner whenever we communicated whether it was a question or extending our stay he was professional, polite and friendly we felt right at home. Thank you so much and I look forward to booking again in the future.
Overall our experience was great. Ac stopped working but they fixed it same day. Beds are comfy. Lots of room. We paid extra for the heated pool which made it great for night swims. Communication was great. Highly recommend this house. Kitchen was well stocked.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All communication with owner was handled quickly. Check in process was a breeze. Very happy to see that it was so clean upon check in. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, towels etc. Highly recommend this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was 7 of us and we had ample space for lounging around. Nick was quick to respond with any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was as expected with no issues. The place is very well fitted throughout. It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. We would definitely recommend.
Our favorite part was THE POOL! Temperature was fantastic (we did pay for the pool to be heated, which I recommend this time of year). Having a large kitchen was wonderful for food preparation, and the area around the house is very quiet!
Three sisters & spouses came from Indiana to enjoy Florida sunshine for a month! This home did not disappoint! Two other sisters from South Carolina & one from Oregon came for a few days! The house was very spacious and accommodating! The pool was wonderful all month! Nick was very quick to respond when needed! We would definitely recommend this home to others!
The apartment was very suitable for our family (three adults and four children). The only thing what we need was more dishes. Location was nice and neighborhood was so quiet. Everything was fine with house and host. The description about house was truthful.
We stayed in this villa in November.. it was perfect the size of it. Pool was brilliant and the space the villa had was perfect there was only 3 of us but even with 10 people in there you would still have loads of room.. Everything we needed was there and sending emails back and forward was great and a fast response.. would stay here again on our next visit..
This is a lovely vacation rental with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor. The swimming pool which is 6 feet deep at one end, is a great feature of this property. It's clean and well maintained. Two of my grandchildren (ages 7 and 4) learned to swim in that pool during our vacation. They will never forget where this milestone was reached. The basics are provided to get you started (trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, one toilet roll in each bathroom, and laundry detergent). But you will need to make a run to a store to replenish this supply. There are many stores nearby to choose from. This rental has plenty of towels for the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Nick was quick to respond from the very beginning when I was searching for a rental, and he checked on us via email to see if everything was in good working order after we arrived. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again if we ever plan another trip to Central Florida.
The house is beautiful, very spacious and cozy all at the same time. Location is perfect Walmart, Target ,Publix, and winky Dixie with many other stores all off RT 27. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
We were a group of 8 people. 2 grandmas, 1 grandpa, 1 father, 1 mother and 3 children. The house is beautiful and big, everyone can also retreat to a quiet place if necessary. The pool was great to cool off in after a day at the amusement park. The games room is also a nice bonus for the children. Theme parks were easy to reach, only the daily traffic jams to Orlando on the I4 are sometimes annoying. A possible small point of criticism is that the pool furniture here and there needs to be replaced, but that did not spoil our fun. All in all, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.
We had the pleasure to stay in this stunning villa in June 24, 5 adults and 2 kiddies. It has everything you need for a perfect base for Disney & Universal. We loved spending the evenings sitting by the pool in complete tranquillity. Villa was impeccably clean, everything in good working order and couldn't fault a thing. Also the service from Nick from start to finish is top class which you do not find with the major tour operators, thank you Nick - we will be back!
What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would highly recommend this as anyone’s base for a holiday in Orlando. Pool was perfect to cool down in everyday. Also you are literally 5-8 mins from a few supermarket's. My son and girlfriend found the games room a great place to hang out and play pool. 5 stars all the way.
We have been to Florida many times and although the villa was a little further away from Disney than others we have stayed in there was not much difference in the travelling time to the parks. The villa is on a lovely quiet estate. The pool area was perfect for us, with a covered seating area. We had 2 babies in our party and had the pool heated and it was a lovely temperature. Although the villa could maybe do with a little updating it is spacious and comfortable and the games room was a nice bonus . The bedroom downstairs is not en suite but does have its own bathroom nearby. The management company were excellent. Our water heater stopped working and although it was a Sunday evening Debbie had someone straight out and when it could not be repaired a new one was installed. Communication with Nick was excellent and everything ran very smoothly.
Communication with Nick was excellent any questions was answered quickly Villa was very easy to find and excellent peaceful neighbourhood When we arrived the villa was very clean and the welcome pack was perfect to get us going The pictures on Vrbo was just as we found the villa The kids absolutely loved the pool only thing I would suggest would to have lights in the pool or on the back fence by pool we went in march and it got quite dark in the pool at night we had pool Heating and it was like stepping into a bath perfect For my children who was 3 and 8 The villa is huge we didn’t use half of the house but it was beautiful only a couple of negatives the bath was chipped in places downstairs and tiles in shower was a bit old looking just through wear and tear just needs updating but that didn’t put us off we would definitely stay again 5***** from us we had an excellent holiday.
I recommend staying at this house for your vacation. My family and I were very satisfied with this property. It’s exactly as advertised and conveniently located. We will be staying again.
The home is very clean and well maintained, with only a couple of minor things that are age related. The beds are extremely comfortable with pillows that are of great quality allowing for a peaceful nights rest. The pool is at a perfect temperature allowing family to utilize both during the day and evening. I would definitely recommend it to others and be happy to stay here again.
Nice spacious villa with good facilities and a good location. Took between 35-45 mins to get to Disney depending on traffic. Easy to deal with and very accomodating.
Fantastic villa and great location with lots of space for all of us (5 adults and 2 children), great pool for the kids to enjoy after a long day at the park (the kids especially loved the ‘party lights’ provided in the pool! Great touch!) and a great games room with a pool table tor the adults to enjoy on an evening! Although villa is close to Disney, due to traffic and road works along the I4 it sometimes took up to an hour to get there, that being said the homeward journey was sometimes as little as half hour, so really depends what time you leave and traffic around then. We had a fab 2 weeks and would highly recommend this villa to any family! This is the 2nd time we have booked through Nick and his team and honestly cannot thank them enough for the stress free booking and great communication throughout! ??????? we will definitely be booking through them again for our next visit!
This property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and gave us access to Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland. Our grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law were here from New Zealand and this property absolutely enhanced our experience The kids especially love the pool and the host, Nick, was extremely communicative which we truly appreciated. We have been to Florida 4 times now and this was the best house ever that we have rented, there was nothing to complain about, the house was very clean and Davenport is so nice, like the concept of having both rental houses and private houses in the same street, Nick, who was supporting us all the way from the Sungrove Villas is a nice guy, very trustworthy and polite, I can only recommend to use this company to rent from.
My family and I had a great time at this home. Everything was within an hour away but with traffic a little longer. The home was clean, comfortable and host was very responsive when needing him. The home has plenty of space inside and out. Well all enjoyed the pool which was well kept. We would recommend this home and would use this home again.
The home was beautiful. It was clean, spacious and better than the pictures. The home is central to publix, Walmart and lots of restaurants. I've been vacationing in Fl for about 7 years now, if our dates are available next year, we will without a doubt rent this location again. Our family are regular visitors to the Orlando area. We have been renting villas for the last 10 years. This villa is the best we have stayed in. Very modern and clean. Lots of room for a large family and within 5-10 minute drive to local shops and food outlets. If you require a villa we would highly recommend a stay in this villa. Nick was very helpful at every stage of the rental.
