Step out onto the stunning West facing pool deck and immerse yourself in the luxury pool (30' x 15') with extended deck. There are 7 loungers to soak up the sun and pool towels provided. Dine outside under the covered lanai and take in beautiful views over conservation land (no rear neighbours!). It is also protected with a pool safety fence, and there is direct access to a bathroom from the pool area through an external side door.
*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £32 per day.

The separate Utility Area provides a washing machine & tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. All linens and towels provided. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Solterra Resort Orlando is an upscale resort style community in the Championsgate / Davenport area, within 5 minutes' drive of local restaurants, stores and amenities.
