Fully air-conditioned throughout, the home offers four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living areas and a private pool, making it the perfect choice for families and friends looking to enjoy everything Orlando has to offer. 

Living

 Designed with comfort in mind, the villa features two separate living areas. The main lounge is bright and spacious with comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player, and opens directly onto the pool deck through elegant French doors. A second lounge provides a peaceful space to relax with a book or unwind after a busy day at the parks.

 Kitchen / Dining 

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for a home-from-home stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cookware, crockery and utensils.

There is a breakfast bar seating 2, an informal breakfast nook seating 4 and a formal dining area with seating for 6, providing plenty of space for family meals together. 

Bedrooms

 The spacious Master Suite features a luxurious King-size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the pool area through French doors. The large en-suite bathroom includes twin vanity units, a walk-in shower, soaking tub and separate WC.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-size bed, TV and ample wardrobe space. A shower room is conveniently located opposite and also provides direct access to the pool area.

Bedrooms three and four both feature two Twin beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with integrated shower. One of the twin bedrooms has a fun Mickey Mouse theme that's sure to delight younger guests.

Hairdryers are provided for your convenience. 

Outdoor Living 

The private south-east facing pool enjoys sunshine throughout the day and is surrounded by a spacious screened pool deck. A generous covered lanai provides welcome shade, creating the perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing after a day exploring Orlando's attractions.

There is ample seating and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy Florida's beautiful weather. 

Pool Safety

 This property is equipped with a removable pool safety fence for families travelling with young children.

 Utilities

 A separate utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are all included during your stay. 

Location

Orange Tree is one of Clermont's most popular communities, offering a peaceful setting while remaining within easy reach of Orlando's famous attractions. 

Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 15 miles away, Universal Orlando Resort is around 25 miles and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 miles from the villa. 

Guests can enjoy community amenities including tennis courts, basketball court and a children's play area. A wide range of local conveniences are just minutes away, including Walmart Supercenter, Publix supermarket, Walgreens, restaurants, cafés, banks and petrol stations. Several excellent championship golf courses are also nearby, making this an ideal location for golfers as well as families visiting the theme parks.
