Over 4 acres of fun from swimming and tennis to a poolside restaurant mean you never have to leave home to have fun. The Villa

This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury vacation home located in the Solterra Resort exudes luxury. The spacious and modern living room invites you to relax with is comfortable L-shaped leather sofa and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV —perfect for family movie evenings after a busy day.

Consider yourself a chef? If so, you’ll love preparing means in this well appointed, sleek kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stunning cabinetry, and fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and appliances/gadgets that you would ever need. Make the most of special meal times with the option of a breakfast bar, which will seat up to four people, or at the dining table, which will seat up to ten people.

Soak up the Floridian sun by heading outdoor to the SOUTH facing private pool & spa area with no rear neighbours! For those who like some shade, there’s a covered lanai with plenty of seating. The perfect spot for some al-fresco lunch. Please note that this property does not come with a BBQ. You can rent a BBQ for an additional fee.
