The prices are per day and are and are subject to local and state tourist taxes of 13.00 percent. Pool heat is optional and is charged at $25 per day if requested at the time of booking. Spa heat is an additional $15 per day and Pool & Spa heat is $35 per day. For bookings of 6 days or less there is an end of let cleaning surcharge of $130. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $400 will be taken by our Management Company with the swipe of a credit card at the meet and greet and is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
