The screened pool deck area is one of the largest on Hampton Lakes. At 40ft x 40ft there is more than ample space for all your guests. The extended 30ft x 15ft Pool with fountains and the larger than average 6 seater spa that will bubble away at all those limbs tired by the days of theme park madness and can be electrically heated as required*. The extensive high-quality deck furniture with table, chairs and sunloungers will enable you to soak up some of that Florida sunshine, or sit and watch the Disney Fireworks in the evening. As already mentioned, we have a 10ft Lanai with ceiling fans and lights so that you can sit around our large patio table and enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal, cooked at our Floridian Outdoor Bar with built in Luxury complimentary Gas BBQ. *Please see Prices section for optional extra heating for pool and spa.
