The villa holds 12 people in 5 bedrooms
comfortably, there are 3 Master En-Suite Bedrooms (1 King & 2
Queen) plus 2 further bedrooms that have a set of Bunk Beds and
a Single Bed (sleeping 3). Complimentary Cot & High Chair are
also supplied.
For the comfort and safety of all guests,
smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted
with inter-linked smoke detectors. Smoking is allowed on the
sundeck, and ashtrays are supplied. SORRY NO pets are allowed.
The villa is only 12 minutes from Walt Disney
World which allows guests to enjoy the best of both worlds –
close proximity to all attractions, restaurants and shopping
mall – Yet enables guests to enjoy and relax in a quiet Luxury
community and take a day of from the theme parks. Sea World is
15 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes. This is one of the
major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day
at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a
matter of minutes!
The villa has an idealistic and extended
(40ft x 40ft) south facing sundeck, extended 30ft x 15ft pool &
jacuzzi for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those
loungers around to catch the sun. Watch the Disney Fireworks
from the sundeck.
Unlike some villas which back on to walls,
fences or other properties, the villa which does have properties
some distance away, has idealistic unrestricted views over a dry
retention pond and on over the orange groves to Disney.
The Villa is fitted with an electronic door
lock. No need to try and find a management company after a long
flight to locate your keys. Just drive directly to the Villa,
input your individually assigned door code and open the door.
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks
before arrival.
The villa is fully equipped for all your
likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels
are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish
washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have
to top-up as required.
The villa is well equipped for small
children. The villa comes complete with a complimentary cot &
highchair as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio
doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool
un-detected.
We even provide a baby listening monitor.
For young children there are a selection of
toys, games, Sony PlayStation 2 and dvd movies. For the older
children and the adults there is a fully equipped Luxury
Air-Conditioned games room. The Games Room has an 8ft slate bed
American Pool Table, a Competition quality full size Foosball
Table, Cable TV & Hi-Fi.
The pool and/or spa can be heated (by
agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form.
We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The
pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida
law (85°).
The villa is 2 minutes from a New Publix
supermarket on highway 27, with the new Wal-Mart 24hr Super
Store (opening end of 2004) only a further 2 minutes away. On
highway 192 there is an abundance of high quality restaurants,
bars, shops & malls The Premium Outlet Mall is only 15 minutes
away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike,
Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc).
There is a wealth of only 2 minutes away on
highway 192 including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic
Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI’s, Dennys along with Chinese,
Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.
Hopefully you will not need this, but for
peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre approx 5 miles
south on highway 27. There is also a drug store (Walgreen's)
only 2 minutes south on highway 27.
The house is professionally cleaned
prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
We have employed a professional
(24 hour/7 days a week) management company to look after your every need.
Management companies do vary dramatically in what they offer .. we believe
ours is the best in the business - nothing is too much trouble!
Absolutely not! We offer FREE – Unrestricted
International, National & Local phone calls (no need to charge
you credit card or buy phone cards to call home. A complimentary
deluxe gas barbeque (you may need to refill the gas bottle
should it run out) and a range of complimentary baby equipment
(such as high chair/cot and baby monitors).
Completing the on-line booking form is the most
convenient way but you can also email/phone or
write if you prefer.
We have access to similar quality housing
